These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the operator of PMTepi (“PMTepi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms for yourself or for the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use PMTepi.

PMTepi provides a paid WhatsApp AI lead assistant workspace. Depending on your plan, features may include a connected WhatsApp Business number, inbox, manual replies, AI replies based on your business knowledge, lead qualification, labels, analytics, API access, and webhooks.

Features, limits, availability, and pricing may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but we do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

• Provide registration information that is accurate, complete, and current.
• Keep your login credentials, connected devices, API keys, and team invitations secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.
• Do not share credentials or allow unauthorised people to use your workspace.
• Notify us promptly through support@pmtepi.my if you suspect unauthorised access.

The workspace owner is responsible for inviting team members, assigning permissions, and ensuring that each user is authorised to access workspace data.

You may use PMTepi only for lawful business communication and only where you have the required rights, permissions, and consents. You remain responsible for the messages, contacts, campaigns, knowledge, and other content submitted through your workspace.

You must not use PMTepi to:

• send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not consented;
• harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, defame, or discriminate against anyone;
• promote illegal products, fraud, malware, harmful content, or unlawful activity;
• scrape, harvest, purchase, or import personal data without a lawful basis or consent;
• violate WhatsApp, Meta, CHIP, Supabase, AI-provider, or other third-party terms;
• circumvent quotas, rate limits, access controls, billing, or security features;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorised access to PMTepi or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately when we reasonably believe it breaches this section, creates risk to people or platforms, or exposes PMTepi to legal or operational harm. A termination for violation is not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

PMTepi is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, policies, limits, and enforcement decisions.

Connecting or automating a WhatsApp account can result in restrictions, disconnection, message delivery failure, temporary limits, or account bans. You acknowledge and accept that:

• no safety setting, sending rate, AI setting, or recommendation guarantees that a WhatsApp account will remain unrestricted;
• PMTepi is not responsible for WhatsApp bans, restrictions, lost chats, lost contacts, failed delivery, lost sales, or related business losses;
• you use connected WhatsApp accounts and any automation at your own risk and must follow the policies of WhatsApp and Meta.

AI replies are generated from the information and instructions you provide and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice and is not a substitute for human review.

You are responsible for checking AI replies, configuring knowledge, setting fallback messages, monitoring conversations, and deciding when a human must take over. Do not rely on PMTepi to make safety-critical or legally significant decisions without appropriate human review.

• PMTepi has no free trial. Access to paid product routes begins only after a verified payment and active subscription.
• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and are billed in advance for each monthly period unless stated otherwise.
• Card checkout may create an automatic recurring payment. FPX checkout is a one-off payment and requires manual renewal.
• Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in a grace period, suspension, or termination.
• Upgrades may be charged immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades and cancellation normally take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law or caused by a verified billing error, payments are non-refundable and unused time or quota is not refundable.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not ask for or intentionally store your full card or online-banking credentials.

You retain ownership of the content and data that you submit to PMTepi. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and use that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

PMTepi owns its software, interface, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. You may not copy, resell, modify, or reverse engineer any part of PMTepi except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We aim to keep PMTepi available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages, WhatsApp changes, network failures, provider failures, security events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service.

Support is provided through the channels shown in the application or by emailing support@pmtepi.my. Support response times are not guaranteed unless your plan expressly includes a priority commitment.

You may stop using PMTepi or cancel a subscription through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, create a security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use PMTepi ends. We may retain or delete workspace data according to our Privacy Policy, operational backups, and legal obligations. You are responsible for exporting any data you need before the subscription ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, PMTepi is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not warrant message delivery, AI accuracy, WhatsApp account safety, campaign performance, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMTepi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, customers, data, messages, or business opportunities. This includes losses caused by WhatsApp, Meta, payment providers, hosting providers, AI providers, network operators, or other third parties.

PMTepi’s total aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to PMTepi for the affected workspace during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold PMTepi, its operators, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of WhatsApp or PMTepi, your breach of these Terms, your violation of another person’s rights, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@pmtepi.my and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific order or invoice, form the agreement between you and PMTepi.
